Assistant ProfessorFrom the perspective of design as a means of creating a better life, I embark on regional revitalization design through fieldwork to reaffirm and reacknowledge local resources. Specifically, I focus on acquiring, preserving, and utilizing digital data of historical local artifacts and objects to bring forth and share the inherent richness of our regional resources.

Professor / DirectorDesign is the science and practice that enriches human life. I will ‘learn’ about people’s lives and conduct surveys, research, propose ideas, and engage in practical activities to improve their lives. This is what we call ’lifestyle design based on the reconfirmation and re-recognition of local resources.’ Furthermore, as an extension of this concept, I am promoting the advancement of ‘dri activities centered around the Sumida Satellite Campus.’
